The core offering is full sets in Gel-X, acrylic and hard gel with tips, priced by nail length, with starting prices from $60 to $85 according to the studio. Manicures range from a basic version without polish up to a hard gel option. Nail art levels 1 to 4 are added on top of a set, and French tips are available either as nail art or as a pedicure add-on. Final prices depend on length and design and are confirmed at the appointment.

Pedicures are done dry, with a gel option, a gel option with acrylic big toes, and an acrylic option. Soak-off removal is offered for sets made by the studio or by another salon. Press-on nails can be bought by sending a direct message.

Clients can upload up to three inspiration photos with their booking. A $20 non-refundable deposit is taken online at booking, goes toward the service and is the only amount paid online; the balance is paid in person. Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours ahead, and the studio charges a $10 late fee if a client arrives more than 5 minutes late, while a $25 fee applies to a missed appointment without notice. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the studio closed Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Custom sets are built to each client's nail length and design, with prices set by those choices and confirmed at the appointment.
