Most clients start with a consultation. New clients have a first visit that includes a skin consultation and a personalized treatment plan, and first-time clients pay a $50 deposit. Virtual skin consultations by video, 45 minutes for $150, cover a customized treatment plan and product routine. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.

The facial menu is built around the Signature Facial, about an hour for $155, which starts with a skin analysis done that day and includes cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, serums, LED therapy, facial massage, and moisturizer with SPF. Lymphatic drainage and Japanese lifting massage techniques are part of it. The Hydro Facial ($200, roughly 60 to 75 minutes) cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates in one session using a water-based system with custom serums, with no heat or strong acids and no required downtime. The Ultimate Facial Experience ($250, 90 minutes) adds dual exfoliation, two masks and extended massage. Dermaplaning ($80, 30 minutes) removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz with no downtime, and can be added to other services or done before a chemical peel.

Chemical peels are chosen by skin type, sensitivity and goals after a consultation. Refresh peels are light surface exfoliation that can be done monthly, while Corrective peels are medium-depth treatments for pigmentation, acne, texture and sun damage, usually given in series of three to six spaced four weeks apart. The VI Peel is a medical-grade peel for the face and body ($340 for 30 minutes), and every VI Peel includes a take-home aftercare kit. The Korean Green Sea Peel ($200) is a botanical resurfacing peel that uses sea crystals rather than acids and may cause three to five days of light flaking. Most peel appointments run 45 to 60 minutes.

Microneedling uses a medical-grade device to encourage collagen and is used as a corrective treatment for acne scars, fine lines, uneven texture and skin renewal, usually in three to six sessions four to six weeks apart. Appointments take about 75 to 90 minutes with topical numbing, and results build over three to six months. Hair and scalp microneedling, paired with growth-factor serums, is offered to men and women with thinning hair, increased shedding or early hair loss, and is not intended for completely bald areas. Lash Lift and Tint is a semi-permanent treatment of about an hour ($130) that curls and darkens natural lashes without extensions or glue, with results lasting about six to eight weeks. It can be booked on the same visit as a Signature Facial. The Glow Membership is $150 a month after a $50 setup and includes one monthly customized treatment (a chemical peel or hydro facial), LED therapy, 10% off retail products and priority booking. Members can upgrade the monthly treatment to microneedling for an extra $100.

Every treatment is customized after a consultation, with choices based on skin type, breakout pattern and history rather than trends. Facials are usually suggested about every four to six weeks, with frequency adjusted to each client's skin needs.
