My Salon Suite is a franchise that rents private, furnished suites to beauty, health and wellness professionals who run their own businesses.

The Highland location is on Main Street, just east of Indianapolis Boulevard, near Salon Centric and a short drive from shops and restaurants between Ridge Road and Highway 30. The site describes the facility as newly built, with 29 suites that come fully furnished. Each suite has a double-door secure entry for privacy, and membership includes 24/7 security.

Each suite is independently owned and operated. The suite owner sets their own hours and prices and chooses which services to offer, and clients book directly with that owner through the owner's profile. Membership comes with no commission splits. The company also describes its policies as eco-conscious and says members get access to a community of creatives and cross-promotion opportunities.

Business support includes a Business of One Program, a mobile app that serves as a guide to suite ownership, and Client Connect, a complimentary 24/7 digital booking receptionist powered by mya. The company also has a partnership with Square that provides business management tools for members.
