My Salon Suite Cordova

My Salon Suite is a suite rental business: rather than employing stylists or therapists, it leases furnished private suites to independent beauty and wellness businesses. Each suite is independently owned and operated, and each owner sets their own hours and prices and chooses their own services. Louis, Missouri.

Suites come furnished and can be personalized to suit the owner. Membership includes 24/7 security and a double-door secure entry, and the company says each suite offers complete privacy. Members also get cross-promotion opportunities and access to a community of creatives, which the company describes as supportive.

Membership is structured without commission splits, so owners keep what their business earns. The company also offers a Business of One Program and a downloadable guide to owning a suite, and it has franchisees who operate under the same model. It states it has eco-conscious policies and donates to St. Jude.

The business rents private suites so that independent professionals can run their own businesses on their own terms, with no commission splits.
