Membership includes luxury furnishings and room to personalize the space, along with a supportive environment and a community of other creative professionals. Renters keep their own earnings, since there are no commission splits. The buildings have 24/7 security and double-door secure entry, and each suite offers total privacy. Renters can also take advantage of cross-promotion opportunities with one another.
