My Salon Suite Des Peres

My Salon Suite is a suite building for independent professionals. Rather than working as employees of one salon, tenants lease their own private suite and run their business from it. Each suite is independently owned and operated, so the owner sets their own hours and prices and chooses their own services.

The company describes its suites as private and furnished at a high standard, and says each one can be personalized with custom paint and the owner's favorite furnishings. Suite options range from premier and double to standard, value and share, so tenants can choose the size and arrangement that fits their practice.

The building has double-door secure entry and 24/7 security. Tenants can also join a community of creative professionals and take part in cross-promotion opportunities. Prospective tenants can submit a request form or schedule a tour, and the business offers a Business of One Program and a guide to suite ownership for solo entrepreneurs. A My Salon Suite app is available as well.

Each suite is run as its owner's own business, with no commission splits taken from what tenants earn. The company also says it follows eco-conscious policies.
