My Salon Suite Cordova

My Salon Suite is a suite-rental business: professionals lease a private room and run their own practice from it. The business describes itself as the most prestigious salon suite provider, a claim it makes about itself.

Suites come in five tiers, named premier, double, standard, value and share, so renters can pick the size and setup that fits their work. Suites can be customized with custom paint and chosen furnishings. Membership includes luxury furnishings, personalization options, 24/7 security and a double-door secure entry. Each suite offers privacy and access to a community of other creatives.

Each suite is independently owned and operated. The suite owner sets their own hours, prices and services, and no commission splits are taken from suite renters. Clients book directly with each professional through that professional's profile, so the business itself does not take bookings for services.

Renters who want to look at a suite or lease one can request a tour or inquire through an online form. The business also offers a Business of One Program, a downloadable guide to suite ownership, a mobile app, a suite relief program and a franchise option.

Each suite is run as an independent business, with the suite owner setting their own hours, prices and services and keeping the full earnings without commission splits.

Private suites furnished with luxury furnishings and, where chosen, custom paint.
