My Salon Suite Cordova

My Salon Suite leases private salon suites to beauty professionals in Dallas. The Lake Highlands location sits in Creekside Shopping Center, near Alamo Drafthouse and Topgolf and minutes from NorthPark Center.

Each salon in the building is independently owned and operated. Owners set their own hours, prices and services, and membership involves no commission splits, so the income from an owner's work stays with the owner. The business describes the setup as letting owners shape their own schedule, pricing and vision.

Suites are furnished with luxury touches and offer total privacy. The building has 24/7 security and a double-door secure entry. Members also describe a supportive environment and a community of creatives, along with cross-promotion opportunities and eco-conscious policies.

One owner's testimonial on the site mentions on-site laundry machines, a filtered water fountain, common areas cleaned nightly, and cameras in the halls with a secure lobby. These are that owner's own statements.

Professionals interested in a suite can request leasing information and book a tour through the website. The business also offers franchise opportunities.
