My Salon Suite Germantown

Each suite at the Howell location is a private workspace, furnished with a high-end salon furniture and amenity package. Suites are offered in five categories, labeled premier, double, standard, value and share, so a professional can choose the size and setup that fits their practice. Clients are seen inside the suite without interruption from neighboring suites.

Every suite business in the building is independently owned and operated. Each owner sets their own hours, prices and selection of services, and membership carries no commission splits. The business also lists cross-promotion opportunities and eco-conscious policies among its membership features.

Security is built into the building. Suites have double-door secure entry, and the building has 24/7 security. Owners can customize their suite with custom paint and personal furnishings.

For people who are just starting out on their own, the business offers a Business of One program and an app with guidance for solo entrepreneurs and suite ownership. Prospective clients who want help finding the right suite professional can complete an online matchmaker survey. The business also states that it donates to St. Jude.

Each suite is run as its own independent business, with the owner deciding hours, prices and services, and the building provides the space, security and shared membership features.

The suites are quiet, private and secure, with a professional, upscale feel.
