My Salon Suite Cool Springs

My Salon Suite is a suite rental business. Rather than employing stylists or running a single shared salon floor, it leases private suites to independent beauty and wellness professionals who run their own businesses from them.

The Escondido location has 33 suites in the Escondido Valley Shopping Center, near Target and Mike's BBQ. The suites are fully furnished and ready to move into, and the business describes them as bright, with natural light. The business calls its suites best in class, which is its own description rather than an independent assessment. Membership includes luxury furnishings and the chance to personalize a suite.

Each suite is independently owned and operated. The suite owner sets their own hours, decides their own prices and chooses which services to offer, so a visitor booking at a suite is working with that professional directly. Membership comes with no commission splits, and the business mentions cross-promotion opportunities among its member benefits.

The building is secured with 24/7 security and a double-door secure entry, and each suite offers privacy. The business also describes its community of creatives as supportive and lists eco-conscious policies among what it offers.

Visitors who are unsure which professional to see can complete a matchmaking survey on the website to be matched with a professional.

The business rents out independent suites so that each professional runs their own schedule, prices and service menu, with no commission taken from their work.
