My Salon Suite Glenview

My Salon Suite is a suite building in Santee, California, where beauty, health and wellness professionals rent their own private salon space. Each suite is independently owned and operated by its salon owner, so a client books with a specific professional rather than a shared salon team.

Membership includes furnishings the business describes as luxury, with room for each owner to personalize the space. Members also become part of a community of creative professionals and can take part in cross-promotion. The business calls itself the most prestigious salon suite provider.

Visitors buzz in at the entrance, and suite occupants can see who is at the door on a camera. The building has 24/7 security and double-door secure entry, and each suite is private with its own intercom. A tenant describes the location as having plenty of parking and easy access for clients.

The business is set up so that suite owners keep their own income. Each owner sets their own hours and prices and chooses which services to offer, and no commission split is taken from membership suite income. Tours and suite inquiries go through a request form, and the business lists eco-conscious policies as part of how it operates.

Each suite is independently owned and operated, and each owner sets their own hours, prices and service menu. No commission split is taken from membership suite income.
