My Salon Suite Germantown

My Salon Suite rents private suites to beauty, health and wellness professionals. The company describes itself as the most prestigious salon suite provider, which is its own claim.

Each salon at the Leesburg location is independently owned and operated. Suite owners set their own hours and prices and choose their own selection of services. The business states it has no commission splits, and it describes its policies as eco-conscious.

The suites are described as uniquely designed and upscale, with luxury furnishings and room for personalization. Each suite offers total privacy, and the building has 24/7 security and double-door secure entry. Owners are part of a community of creatives and have opportunities to cross-promote with one another.

Owners can use the My Salon Suite app and the Business of One Program guide, which covers suite ownership. Franchise ownership is also offered. Suite tours and leasing inquiries are requested through an online form, or by phone at 703-651-6795.
