Its acne program is built around each client's type of acne and covers acne grades 1 to 4, from mild to severe and from non-inflamed to inflamed. Treatments combine clinical work with professional acne products and are usually booked about every two weeks until the skin clears, typically six to eight treatments over three to four months. The program also includes guidance on foods, environmental factors, products and ingredients that can worsen acne, and clients are advised not to pick at pimples. The clinic states that its acne plan has a 98% clearing rate without prescription drugs.

Facials range from a 30-minute express option that addresses one main concern to a 160-minute signature facial with a hydrating mini kit, headband and robe. Anti-aging work includes peels, microneedling, microcurrent, radio frequency, LED, Tixel and laser rejuvenation. Laser services use an Aerolase Neo laser, which the clinic describes as using patented 650 microsecond technology, for hair removal, photo facials and conditions such as rosacea, psoriasis and spider veins.

New clients fill out consultation forms before their first visit and have a skin sensitivity test during the consultation. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, and bookings require payment details, which are drafted on the day of the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need 72 hours notice or the full fee applies. Insurance is not accepted, though HSA or Flex Spending account holders may be able to write off some services and products.
