My Nail Salon

The business has three Boston locations. The Back Bay My Nail Salon is at 261 West Newton Street, the South End My Nail Salon is at 669 Tremont Street, and the South End My ManiPedi Spa is at 546A Tremont Street. Clients can book through the business website or the WYM app. Hours run Monday to Wednesday from 10:00am to 8:00pm, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am to 6:00pm.

Groups are a particular part of the business. A group booking covers two or more guests each scheduling two or more services, and a credit card is required to make the reservation. For group events, the salon can send its staff to the client's location to serve guests.

Clients who need to cancel or change an appointment are asked to call or leave a voicemail. A 20% cancellation fee may be charged to no-shows and to clients who cancel less than 12 hours before their appointment. The salon describes its aim as giving clients a memorable pampering experience and says it brings top beauty professionals to its clients.

According to the salon, proper sanitation, cleanliness and results are its top priorities.
