Extensions are semi-permanent, with one synthetic extension attached to each natural lash. The menu is grouped into The Natural Look, A Custom Style, and Glam, with full sets and refills at 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks. Refills are recommended about every three weeks, and clients need to book the number of weeks that matches their timing, since a booking that is too short cannot be completed and has to be rebooked.
Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and clean lashes, to avoid oil-based products around the eyes, and to have lashes tinted 24 to 48 hours ahead. Waterproof mascara should be stopped three days before the appointment, and facials are best done before lashes. Lash naps are included free with every service. Afterward, clients should keep water off the lashes for 8 to 12 hours and avoid oil-based face products. With good aftercare the extensions can last several weeks, and keeping them on is up to the client.
Booking policies: cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before an appointment, while later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. No-shows are charged up to the full service price. Arriving 10 or more minutes late means rescheduling and a $50 fee. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the service or toward cancellation and late fees.
The studio also offers mortuary lash artist services for clients at funeral homes. Consultations and price questions for these services are handled by call or text. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and Saturday from 8am to 12pm.
Each service begins with a check of the client's natural lashes, and the lash artist adjusts the result so the natural lashes stay strong and healthy, which means not every requested look is possible.
