Services are grouped under Lashes and Waxing. A classic full set takes about two hours with one extension per natural lash, and a volume full set takes about three hours, with two to six or more handmade extensions fanned onto each natural lash. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks; a full set is required if more than four weeks have passed since the last fill. Clients coming from another salon for a fill book the volume fill so natural lashes can be assessed, and a removal may be needed first.
The Korean lash lift and tint lifts natural lashes semi-permanently. The formula is described as non-damaging, and results are stated to last six to eight weeks, depending on natural lash growth and aftercare. Brow and lip waxing are available as add-ons.
Clients receive an aftercare card after a full set and are advised to cleanse their lashes daily. The owner also teaches lash work: Mastering the Lingo is a one-day one-on-one session covering technique, client communication, styling and business building, and Lash Fundamentals is a two-day private beginner course for people with little or no experience. Both include a certificate and ongoing mentorship, and enrollment is by email.
