Lash appointments are organized into new sets and refills. A new set takes about an hour and a half, while a refill every two weeks takes about an hour. Waxing services are short, around five minutes each. The studio is by appointment only, and clients book by texting the studio's phone number.

Each set is custom, built after a consultation on the style and options that fit the client. The studio describes its lash work as highly skilled.

New lash sets in three styles: Natural Beauty (also called A Classic Set), Volume, and Hybrid. Each takes about an hour and a half.

Refills for existing extensions, replacing lost or broken lashes. A refill every two weeks takes about an hour, and a three-week refill is also offered.
