Every customized facial starts with a skin analysis and a conversation at the visit about skin type and concerns. The esthetician then sends the client home with a care plan and product recommendations suited to their skin. Clients often come to relax as well as to work toward healthy, beautiful skin.

Waxing is done with relax and wax products, with pre and post care products applied before and after, and a new wax stick is used for every application. Clients taking antibiotics, Retin A, Differin, Tazorac or Accutane should tell their therapist before waxing. Microdermabrasion is offered in 30 or 60 minute sessions, and a series must be paid in full at booking.

The studio sells skin care products, including anti-aging, acne and pigmentation lines, both in the studio and online, and carries a Korean skin care line. The studio describes its products as among the best of their kind, a claim that reflects its own view.

The studio aims to give clients a break from stress while teaching them how to care for their skin and slow the aging process.
