Skin care is a core part of the menu. The My Choice Prescriptive Facial is a deep cleanse with gentle cleansers, exfoliation and steam, done with or without extractions. The My Choice Deep Cleansing Facial adds extractions as needed and advanced hydration. For a shorter visit, the Express Skin Refresher covers cleansing, exfoliation, steam, a mask and moisturizer. Pure Clarity Acne and Oily Skin Facial uses papaya enzymes and soothing minerals. Microdermabrasion is offered as a non-invasive resurfacing treatment, and a complimentary 15-minute skin evaluation with a skin care expert is available Tuesday through Friday. The business recommends repeating skin treatments every four to six weeks.

Clients booking any skin care service have access to the relaxation lounge, the whirlpool and locker rooms with rain showers. Guests can listen to their own music on a personal iPod with a headset at no charge, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the pool area. A tour of the facility can be arranged on request. The spa also hosts spa parties, group events and corporate retreats.

Hair removal is done with disposable wax products and covers the brows, upper lip, chin, face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas. Laser treatments use a LightPod Neo laser at 1064nm and are offered for unwanted hair, spider veins, ingrown hairs, skin tightening, pigmented lesions, acne and age spots. A free consultation is available before LightPod Neo treatments.

Medical services include Botox, Dysport and Xeomin injections for wrinkles, excessive sweating in the underarms and palms, and chronic migraine prevention. Injection visits take a few minutes, and clients can usually return to normal activities afterward. Juvederm, Restylane and Radiesse dermal fillers are used to fill areas of lost volume and soften lines around the eyes, forehead and cheeks, and Belotero Balance is also carried. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy comes with a customized plan and dosage, and consultations are scheduled through the DeSoto office. The medical weight loss program combines dietary planning, a fitness regimen, meal replacement products and progress evaluations, with consultations booked by contacting the business. Massage menus include Swedish, therapeutic and deep tissue sessions in 30 or 50 minutes, plus sports and expectant-mother options. The spa also lists allergy testing and body wraps.
