Every visit is by appointment. The front door stays locked, and clients send a WhatsApp message when they arrive so the studio can let them in. Clients must be 18 or older for permanent cosmetic work, and the consent form needs to be completed within 24 hours of booking. Children and extra guests are not permitted in the suite, and food and drinks are not allowed inside, though a restroom is available in the building.

An initial brow session is expected to take about three hours, and touch-ups usually run an hour and a half to two and a half hours. The studio uses disposable blades and needles and says it sanitizes with hospital-grade supplies before and after each service. Clients with previous permanent makeup are asked to consult before booking, since removal may be recommended when old pigment is overly saturated. A patch test can be requested a week before an appointment to help identify product reactions, though it cannot guarantee that none will occur.

The studio also offers training. Options include a two-day one-on-one brow lamination masterclass, in-person ombre brow and brow lamination courses, online courses in brow lamination, tint and waxing, brow mapping and Korean lash lifts, and multi-day ombre and combo workshops. The brow lamination masterclass is limited to licensed estheticians or cosmetologists, while the ombre workshops do not require a license. Workshops include a kit and machines, a training manual, hands-on work with models, continued mentorship and student portal access.

The studio says its training puts technique and hands-on work first, with the aim that earnings follow from skill.
