My Body Rx, founded by Nikki Terbish as its CEO, is based in Las Vegas. Alongside aesthetic medical treatments, it runs a skin care menu, scalp and hair care, a Wellness IV infusion menu and a Medically Managed Weight Loss Program.

Before treatment, clients are asked to share current medical conditions and prescribed medications, and to complete a medical questionnaire and a liability waiver. Injectable vitamins and nutrients are sourced only from 503(a) and 503(b) compounding pharmacies regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Groups of five or more receive a discounted rate.

The skin care menu covers HydraFacial MD in four versions, Obagi Medical treatments, OxygenCeutical treatments and Skin Renew RF microneedling. HydraFacial MD sessions cleanse, exfoliate, extract and hydrate, using serums with antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid. HydraFacial MD Signature can be followed by a growth factor treatment, an age-defying option or a radiance option. Four named protocols, Antioxidant, Clarifying, Firming and Brightening, are $150 each. Obagi Skintrinsique is an in-office treatment that uses Obagi Infuse IQ technology to lift the upper layers of skin and infuse Obagi products. The site describes OxygenCeutical, a Korean skin care brand developed about 15 years ago around oxygen-based therapy, as award winning.

Membership plans are priced at $100 per month. Four monthly plans pair one treatment each month: RF microneedling with PRP, HydraFacial Signature, Obagi Skintrinsique and Oxygenceutical Hydrate. The Self Love Membership offers one treatment each month across four months. The initial membership period is usually the first eight months. Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred. Fees may be charged automatically on a set day each month, and early cancellation is usually possible but carries a cancellation fee.

Treatments combine aesthetic medical procedures, product lines and wellness services, with clients asked to share their health history before any treatment begins.
