Extension sets run from natural looks through the fullest styles, with Classic, Hybrid and Volume sets named as the primary types. Each set is priced by style, and appointments range from about an hour and fifteen minutes for a Natural Set to about two hours fifteen minutes for a Mega Volume Set.

Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and without fills a set usually lasts six to eight weeks. Sets older than four weeks are replaced with a removal and a new set rather than a fill. Clients coming in from a lash service done elsewhere can book a foreign fill, which requires a deposit. Returning clients can rebook fills without a deposit.

Booking requires a deposit for a set, which is deducted from the balance after the appointment and is non-refundable. A deposit can be moved once if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead; later changes or changes inside 24 hours need a new deposit. Clients with an unpaid balance cannot book or join the waitlist, and reminders are texted 72 and 48 hours before each appointment. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday closed.

Guests are welcome to wait in the lounge, which has snacks and a TV. Pets are not allowed, and young children are discouraged from attending appointments. The best way to reach the salon is by texting through its online booking page, which also offers a waitlist where clients choose a service and share their preferred times. eGift cards are available in set amounts or a custom value through Square.
