Braiding is a major part of the menu. Stylists help clients pick a braided style that suits both their hair and their personality. Offerings include box braids, cornrows, Fulani braids, knotless braids, faux locs, sisterlocs, two-strand twists, crochet and weaving. Before a treatment, the team looks at each client's hair and talks through the result they want. For clients who want to remove existing braids or prepare hair for another treatment, there is a braid relaxer service.

Beyond braids, the salon offers women's, men's and children's haircuts, with style and shampoo options. Color services include women's color, men's gray coverage and gray blending, full and partial highlights, and balayage. Perms, relaxers and Brazilian blowouts are also on the menu, and shampoo is done with products chosen to remove residue and buildup. Eyebrow waxing is offered, as are gel, Gel X and builder manicures and pedicures.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM. Walk-ins are accepted. New clients are asked to book a consultation first, which takes about 25 minutes. Guests and extra people are not allowed at appointments, and clients under 18 cannot book on their own. Credit cards are accepted, and payment plans, a loyalty program, gift cards, a membership option and a military discount are available. Clients can use free Wi-Fi and are offered complimentary drinks.

The team assesses each client's hair and talks through the desired result before any treatment begins. Braided styles are chosen to fit the client's hair and personality.
