A visit starts with a one-on-one consultation to set goals and shape a customized plan. New clients complete a Good Faith Exam and intake before any medical service, and treatments are performed under the direction of the medical director after a medical review. Skin treatment sessions usually run 30 to 60 minutes, Hydrafacial and longevity facials take 30 to 75 minutes, body contouring takes about 45 minutes, and T-Shape 2 sessions run about 30 to 90 minutes. Treatments are non-surgical and use no needles.

The menu covers face, body, anti-aging and longevity services. Body skin tightening is available on the arms, stomach and thighs, and men can book T-Shape 2 body contouring, Hydrafacial and skin tightening.

Skin tightening results are described as building over 6 to 12 sessions, with improvements that can last up to a year with maintenance. A series of 6 to 8 anti-aging treatments is often recommended, and most T-Shape 2 clients are suggested 6 to 18 sessions planned during a private consultation. Packages, treatment plans and monthly memberships are available, and Cherry financing is offered subject to approval. Appointments and consultations can be booked online, and a valid credit card is required to reserve each one. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, with a $97 fee possible for shorter notice, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Sales and packages are generally non-refundable, and prices and policies may change without notice.

Each client's plan is built after an evaluation, and the medical director reviews the client before treatment begins. Most treatments are non-invasive, with no or minimal downtime.
