Before a salon visit, clients are encouraged to complete a digital consultation form, and a 15-minute virtual consultation can be booked through the website. Clients are asked to arrive with clean or only lightly worn hair that hasn't been bent or creased by ties, headbands, hats or clips. Session times on the booking page are approximate, and some cuts need extra time, such as curly, dense or very long hair, significant length removal, dramatic shape changes or extended styling.

The standard haircut includes a mini-detox clarifying wash, a conditioning treatment with a relaxing scalp massage, styling and product recommendations, and takes about 1 hour 15 minutes. Curly cuts and big chops run about 2 hours. Color options include a single process color, which can be one shade on the roots or an all-over gloss or tint used to cover grey or change base color, plus partial highlights placed around the crown, face frame and top layers, and full highlights that lighten the top and underneath layers.

Express cuts are available to existing and returning guests only, need booking approval, and are limited to two between full-service sessions; not every haircut qualifies. Studio clients keep their current haircut rate and select the studio client option when booking.
