About

The studio sits in Knoxville and describes its aim as a relaxing, spa-style experience built around treatments meant to show results. Its menu is grouped into acne care, facials, packages, peels and seasonal specials.

Facials run from a 30-minute dermaplane to the 75-minute Sanctuary Facial, which the studio calls its most relaxing facial. The Sanctuary Facial combines a double cleanse, an enzyme or glycolic mask, extractions, a hydrating mask, lymphatic drainage, massage across the face, neck, shoulders, hands and arms, LED light therapy and cooling ice globes. The 45-minute Facial is described as suited to first-time clients and includes a double cleanse, extractions, a mask, massage, cooling ice globes and warm towels. The Hydrafacial is a 30-minute, three-step treatment that moves from a deep cleanse and light chemical peel to vortex extractions and an antioxidant infusion, finished with facial massage.

Chemical peels start with a basic peel and can progress to stronger options based on what the client wants, with choices that range from no downtime to peels with downtime. Chemical peels are open to current clients only, and clients are asked to limit sun exposure for 24 hours before and two days after a peel. Dermaplaning is offered on its own or as a 10-minute add-on, using a sterile blade to remove dead skin and vellus hair.

Acne care centers on a custom peel or enzyme treatment, extractions and blue light therapy. The studio recommends doing it as a series or at least monthly. Acne Bootcamp bundles six of these treatments, booked about every two weeks, for $420, with a stated saving of $180. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books a service.

Booking runs through GlossGenius. Appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are charged 15% of the service, and no-call/no-shows are charged 50%, both to the card on file. After three late cancellations, reschedules or no-shows, later ones are charged 75%. Clients with an emergency are asked to text or call the studio as soon as possible. Hours are 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Treatments are shaped around each client's goals, and chemical peels can start gentle and step up over time.

The studio aims for a relaxing, spa-like setting.
