On the medical side, the practice cares for patients of all ages with conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, warts, shingles, fungal infections and hair disorders, including alopecia. It also treats skin cancers, including melanoma, basal cell cancer and squamous cell carcinoma, and offers photodynamic therapy, superficial radiation therapy, cyst removal, skin tag removal and mole removal by surgical excision, shave removal or advanced cosmetic techniques, performed under local anesthesia. Patch testing can help identify allergens behind eczema or contact dermatitis, and wet-wrapping is available for moderate to severe eczema after the care team discusses whether it suits the patient. Birthmarks such as port wine stains can be treated with laser.

The aesthetic side covers facials such as Hydrafacial and DiamondGlow, chemical peels including SkinCeuticals and BioRePeel, several laser and light systems, microneedling and Secret RF microneedling, platelet-rich plasma, Juvederm, RHA and Bellafill fillers, Botox, Daxxify and Xeomin wrinkle relaxers, CoolSculpting Elite for non-invasive fat freezing, and B12 and lipo injections. The practice describes its lasers as among the newest on the market. A before-and-after gallery shows results from several of these treatments, with a note that individual results may vary.

New patients start with a consultation where the team gets to know them, they discuss their goals, and they learn about the practice's services and specialties. A complimentary cosmetic consultation is also available. Appointments can be requested through an online medical appointment form, by calling (618) 628-2588, or by text. After booking, patients complete intake forms through a patient portal. Every visit requires an insurance card and photo ID. Any co-payment or deductible owed is due on the day of the visit. The practice accepts most managed care and health insurance plans. Cosmetic services are not covered by insurance and are paid in full when provided, and CareCredit financing is offered for procedures insurance does not cover. Patients without insurance pay in full at the visit. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to cover balances, cancellation fees and no-show fees. Accepted payment methods are cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the practice is closed on weekends.

Weight loss care is offered through semaglutide injections within a membership program called The Slimming Solution, which includes healthy lifestyle counseling, weekly injections and a personalized plan monitored by the medical team. According to the site, the ideal candidate is an adult over 18 with a BMI above 18 who has tried traditional diets without success, and patients aged 12 to 17 may be considered with a letter from their pediatrician. Other cases are at the provider's discretion. Loyalty options include a VIP Membership with priority aesthetic booking, member discounts and complimentary services through the year, plus a Musick Rewards app and Musick Insider membership.
