The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute SkinTreat Facial, which covers cleansing, enzyme exfoliation and a hydrating mask but leaves out extractions, to a 60-minute Radiant Hour Facial with skin analysis, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, high frequency, a custom mask and a shoulder and neck massage. The 90-minute Deluxe Facial adds LED light therapy, and its exfoliation can be chosen from hydrodermabrasion, microdermabrasion or dermaplaning.
Skin treatments include chemical peeling in a set of three sessions for $450, Biorepeel in a set of three for $600, and three micro-nano needling treatments for $750. Acne Bootcamp is a 12-week program that pairs a home-care regimen of Face Reality products with a peel every two weeks. Its consultation includes a skin analysis, a sensitivity test and purchase of the regimen, and packages can be bought.
Lash services cover Classic, Wet Mascara, Wispy, Signature and Volume sets. Clients arrive with no makeup, no mascara and no strip lash glue on their lashes. Laser clients are asked to shave 24 hours before their appointment, to avoid antibiotics, and to avoid sun tanning for two weeks before and after treatment.
Booking requires a deposit. Clients receive a text two days before the appointment, and changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise the deposit may be forfeited or a no-show fee applies. Payments are non-refundable. Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, Zelle, credit or debit card, and Cherry, with a processing fee on Venmo, Zelle and card payments.
