Before a service, staff spend time learning how each guest likes to wear their style, what their everyday routine looks like and the result they have in mind. The salon describes the feel of the space as friendly and clean, with comfort as a priority. Guests can also enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, red wine, white wine or champagne.

The menu is broad. Pedicures run from a 15-minute express option to a 55-60 minute tier, and manicures include natural polish, gel, dip powder, builder gel and Gel-X extensions in short, medium and long lengths. Add-ons cover French work, cat eye and chrome finishes, machine art prints and paraffin wax. Facials range from a 30-minute glow treatment to a 90-minute luxury option, and eyelash sets go from classic to mega volume, with fills available.

Guests are asked to mention allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions or injuries before service begins. Completed services are not refunded, though the salon may offer an adjustment at its discretion. Lash removal is free when done at the salon and costs $30 for lashes applied elsewhere. Prices and services may change without notice, and children must be supervised at all times.
