Every new patient begins with a consultation, which is required before any protocol. There are no set menus. After the consultation, the physician writes a treatment plan for the patient's face, goals and timeline, and the final plan and eligibility are decided by Dr. Murgasen. Treatment starts conservatively and adds more only when it is warranted. The practice states that results vary.

The four protocols are Skin Health, Asymmetry, Collagen and The MurgaSkin Protocol, with starting prices of $2,095, $3,750, $4,195 and $8,999. Each price covers the treatments that protocol includes, and the total is shared before anything begins. Skin Health takes two visits and focuses on texture, tone and clarity. Asymmetry takes two visits and focuses on balance and proportion. Collagen takes three visits and focuses on firmness and structure, supported over the long run. The MurgaSkin Protocol is an eight-visit plan over twelve months for skin, elasticity and volume, and includes dermal fillers, one full-face neurotoxin, two CO2 resurfacing sessions, two Morpheus8 sessions, one Radiesse biostimulation and a Pavise skin system.

Peptide therapy is physician-led and aimed at skin, energy and recovery, starting at $150 per month. Labs are required before starting, and peptides are prescribed only after a consultation and lab review. Depending on the peptide and plan, they come as injectable, oral, sublingual or nasal forms. Medical weight loss with tirzepatide, B12 and glycine is physician-supervised.

Payment over time is available through Cherry, and a patient portal is offered. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 1 to 6 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 1 to 8 pm, and Friday 10 am to 4 pm. Saturday visits are by request for out-of-state patients, and the practice is closed Sunday. The practice notes that it is listed as Best of Orlando 2025 by Orlando Weekly. Private Derma PRP Filler provider training is offered by request for licensed providers who own a Cellenis Derma system, and peptide provider training runs in three levels with free introductory webinars.

Treatment plans are written after a consultation for each patient, starting with conservative care and adding more only when it is warranted, rather than chosen from a fixed menu.
