Every visit starts with a conversation before anything is done. For facials, that means talking through skin, current routine and the result the client wants, and the studio chooses a protocol to fit rather than using one standard treatment for everyone. Brow work begins with looking at the natural shape and growth of the hair, and nail visits start with length, shape, finish and how much upkeep the client wants. Massage and laser sessions also open with a discussion of the client's comfort, priorities and sensitivity.

The studio is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Appointments are required and are arranged through WhatsApp. Some facial treatments need an assessment before they can be booked, and certain facial treatments cannot always be combined, so timing depends on skin and protocol.

Laser and other treatments take place in a private studio room. Waxing is done with privacy, hygiene and comfort in mind.

Treatments are chosen around each client's skin, hair or nail needs, with a conversation before every service.
