Bleach and tone is offered as its own service, and base color and root touch-ups use an ammonia-free dye.

New clients who want color must first book a Color Consultation, which is listed at no charge and takes about ten minutes. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Wednesday and Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with the salon closed on weekends. Clients who cancel within 48 hours of an appointment, or do not show up, are charged a 50% fee. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
