Visits are booked by appointment only, and clients text Sara or Celina to arrange one. The menu runs from haircuts and beard work to color, waxing and a set of wedding services. Haircuts come in three levels: a 60-minute cut with a hand and arm massage, shampoo and neck shave; a 45-minute basic cut with shampoo and neck shave; and a 30-minute cleanup for current clients that skips the shampoo and scissors.

Membership is reserved for existing clients, and new clients are not eligible. The Ace membership includes 20% off products and high-end spirits, and the Double Eagle membership includes 10% off the same.

Wedding work covers hair and makeup, professional bow tying and a groomsmen grooming service that includes neck shaves, beards, ear hair, brows, skin, styling, suit and shoes. Weddings with more than 12 people need two barbers and a $150 upcharge. Destination weddings add airfare, hotel, a $50 per day meal allowance and a $150 travel fee.
