Appointments begin with a look at the client's skin and a conversation about what they want from the visit, and the treatment is planned from there. The studio uses Circadia professional skincare in its treatments. For clients who only need guidance, a 30-minute virtual skincare consultation includes a personalized plan, Circadia product recommendations and a 15-day follow-up. It is a cosmetic consultation and does not include medical diagnosis or treatment.

The Glow Membership is a monthly plan at $69 that gives members lower prices on a set of facials and on the entry-level microneedling service. The Peeling Facial is open to Glow Members only. Microneedling ranges from a nano-needling option up to treatments using exosomes, with microchanneling and actives in between.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 7 PM; the studio is closed on Sundays. Most services need a $25 booking deposit, some need $5 or $15, and Facial Express Glow needs $25 from new clients. The deposit holds the appointment time. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice moves the deposit to the new time, while a late change or a no-show forfeits it and a new deposit is needed to rebook.

Treatments are planned from an assessment of the skin and the client's goals, with the aim of enhancing what clients already have rather than changing it.
