Extensions can include removal of existing extensions, which adds $15 to the size price and takes at least an hour. Nail art is priced by design level, from Level 1 at $10 to Level 4 at $75 and up, and clients are asked to text inspiration photos before booking so the right appointment length can be set. Kids manicures and pedicures are available for children 10 and under, and removal services such as e-file gel polish removal, dipping, soak-offs and acrylic take-offs are offered with or without a full service.

Booking policies: a valid card must be on file to book but is not charged at booking. Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee; later changes are charged 50% of the booked services and no-shows without notice are charged in full. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled. Services are final sale, though complimentary repairs are offered within 7 days for lifting, chipping or breakage. Payment is due at the end of the visit by cash or major card, with a 3% fee on card payments and sales tax added.
