The studio also rents more than 500 wedding, evening and Chinese traditional wedding gowns. Gown fittings are by appointment at the studio, and most styles come in one size only, so clients should check sizing with the studio. Trials are offered at the office and are best booked early. Group makeup bookings should be requested at least a month ahead, with the group size and time limit given for a quote. A hair and makeup session is usually allocated two and a half to three hours. Booking reserves a dedicated time slot, and fees paid are non-refundable on cancellation. Cancellations need written notice at least 30 days before the service date; with less notice the full remaining balance is due. A deposit can be moved to a rebooking within one year if the change is requested at least a month before the appointment. Clients with sensitive skin may bring their own base makeup, though longevity cannot be guaranteed with outside products.
