Clients who are unsure where to start can book a free 15-minute consult, set aside for that purpose.

The menu is organized into color, consults, extensions, haircuts, highlights, styling, treatments and waxing. Color work ranges from a color correction, priced per hour with an estimated 240 minutes, to full balayage sessions. Balayage is a gradient from darker roots to lighter ends, customized to each client's style.

The Brazilian Blowout is a smoothing treatment that reduces frizz and adds protein. The conditioning treatment is a shorter option built to restore protein and moisture.

The studio is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before an appointment carry no fee. Later cancellations may be charged $25 for a haircut or $75 for color; the site words the 48-hour timing ambiguously, so it is worth confirming when booking.
