Visits begin with a detailed consultation with one of the stylists, so the service is planned around the client's hair and the look they want. The salon describes its aim as helping each client find a style that suits them, whether that is classic, edgy or something more personal. Its specialties are personalized color, contemporary cuts, customization and finishing.

The menu covers a wide range of hair work. Color options run from single process and double process to highlights, baby lights, air touch, hair painting and color correction. For smoothing, the salon offers Agave and Magic Sleek keratin treatments, and it also has Lasio keratin smoothing, Uberliss and K18 treatments. Waves are available as body waves or permanent waves.

The salon is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Mondays. Prices on the services page do not include taxes and fees, which are added at checkout on the booking page.
