Color is the core of the work, built on Goldwell, and the salon also sells Goldwell color and styling products. Services run from toner and gloss and men's color to full highlights and lowlights, alongside haircuts and styles for women and men, conditioning treatments, and hair extensions. Keratin, Kerasilk and Keratin Complex smoothing treatments are priced by hair length. Many prices are stated as starting points, so the final cost depends on the service chosen. The salon says some of its services are hard to find in Houston.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the cost of the service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed Sunday and Monday.
