MPower Yoga Claremont

MPower Yoga operates heated yoga studios in Rancho Cucamonga and Claremont, California. Classes are taught in heated rooms at different temperatures, from an introductory power class at 85-90 degrees to a candlelit fusion class at 95-100 degrees with humidity. Gentle Yoga is the room-temperature option, taught mostly seated or reclined with props.

Beyond power yoga, the studio offers Yoga Sculpt, which combines yoga sequences with weights and high-intensity intervals, and Heated Mat Pilates, which focuses on core strength, low-impact movement, toning and flexibility using resistance circles and bands. Yoga HIIT Fusion blends yoga flow with interval training and resistance props. The studio also hosts workshops on yoga and wellness, plus continuing education and standalone trainings.

Pricing is set by how often a person plans to attend. A single class is $29 and is valid for one month from purchase. Class packs of 5, 10 or 20 cost $130, $240 and $440, roughly $26, $24 and $22 per session, and are valid for six months. The Heated Studio Unlimited membership is $195 per month, billed monthly from the purchase date. Packages and single classes cannot be extended, transferred or refunded, and memberships cannot be paused, transferred or extended.

Classes have a few firm rules. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before start time to return the credit to a package or account, and later cancellations and no-shows are forfeited. Late entry has not been allowed since January 1, 2026, and late arrivals forfeit the class. Phones are not permitted inside the studio during class, and filming needs the teacher's consent. The Rancho Cucamonga studio has full locker rooms with showers. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and unclaimed belongings are donated from time to time.

The Lake Atitlán retreat runs May 29 to June 5, 2027, at Villa Sumaya on Lake Atitlán in Guatemala, across seven days and seven nights. The studio describes the lake as one of the most beautiful volcanic lakes in the world. Accommodation, meals, airport and boat transfers, daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, volcanic hikes, a temescal ceremony and retreat activities are included. Sunrise hikes, paddleboarding, spa treatments at Villa Sumaya and visits to nearby Mayan villages are available for an extra cost.

The studio says its mission is to share the benefits of movement through classes designed to build physical and emotional strength.
