Hand and foot care is the core of the menu. Manicures and pedicures come in spa, signature and deluxe tiers. The spa tiers cover nail shaping, cuticle work, lotion massage and polish. The signature and deluxe tiers add treatments such as a marine mask, a sea salt glow scrub, intensive callus care, a deep cooling mask, hot stone massage and paraffin. Two combo packages pair a manicure with a pedicure, and children 10 and under have their own spa manicures, spa pedicures and polish changes.

Nail enhancements include acrylic overlays and extensions, pink and white acrylic, ombre, color powder and dipping powder, along with gel builder and Gel-X sets. Prices for these begin at a stated amount and vary between a fill and a full set. Polish changes run from regular and French polish to gel, with options that include removal. Add-on services include gel polish combined with another service, French tips, a shiny buff, paraffin wax and callus treatment.

Beyond the nails, the salon offers a classic European facial and a deluxe facial. The classic facial includes exfoliation, steam, extraction, a face, neck and shoulder massage and a revitalizing masque. The deluxe facial combines deep cleansing, a 30-minute massage, aromatherapy oil and a specialized masque. Threading covers brows, lip, chin, forehead, sideburns and full face, and waxing spans small facial areas through to full legs and the back.

Hygiene is a stated priority. Buffers and files are used once and then discarded, paraffin is never reused for another client, and every pedicure is done with liner protection. If a nail is scratched or misshapen, the salon will fix it when told within 24 hours of the service and booked within three days. Clients who are unhappy with the quality of the work can have the service redone at no extra cost if they speak up right after. Refunds and credit notes are not given for a change of mind, and nails damaged through a client's own negligence are charged for repair or replacement.
