Acrylic and builder gel work is priced by visit type, from fills and overlays to full sets, with options such as special shapes, long lengths, three-color designs, ombre, pink and white finishes, and extended tips. Manicures run from a regular manicure to gel or shellac changes and removals. Pedicures range from a basic SPA pedicure with callus removal to the Deluxe and M&P Signature options, which add paraffin, a cucumber mask, and a collagen treatment at the top tier. Silky Smooth pedicures let clients choose a scent from six options.
Each visit includes a complimentary beverage from the menu, a hand massage at the end of most nail services, and a foot massage with pedicures. The salon states that it uses only high-quality nail products and that its sculpting and polish work lasts two to three weeks.
Walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first served basis, and the salon also takes reservations for individuals or groups. Booking ahead is recommended to secure a preferred time. Parties of seven or more who check in 10 minutes before their appointment receive 10% off for the whole group, which applies to birthdays, bridal parties, and other occasions. Outside food and drinks are allowed, and clients are asked to cancel at least a day in advance.
The salon says its focus is customer satisfaction and earning clients' return business through customer service.
