Curly hair has its own section of the menu. The ONE-on-ONE Curly Styling Session runs three hours and costs $300. It includes a shampoo, a treatment, styling, and education on hair porosity, density, texture, curl pattern, product selection and upkeep at home. Travel-size products used during the visit, a detangling brush and note-taking materials are included as well. A Curly Cut takes two hours and fifteen minutes for $200 and finishes with Wash&Go styling and a steam treatment, and a Kid's Curly Cut is available for children aged 7 to 10. A Curly Haircut Add-On can be added to another service.

Color services are booked with care. Clients who have never had color at the studio need an in-person Client Color Consultation first, which does not include same-day color. Root Retouch, for color that has grown out by one to two inches, and All Over Color, which covers roots to ends to enhance or shift the natural base, are not offered as a first-time color service. Toner/Gloss Treatment is a 30-minute add-on that must be paired with another service. Neither root retouch nor all over color includes highlights or balayage.

Cuts are priced by hair length: Short Haircut, Mid Length Haircut and Long Haircut each run one hour and include shampoo and blow dry, and Bang Trim is a 15-minute standalone trim. Mid Length and Long Haircuts are not recommended for clients with curly hair, who are asked to consult with a stylist first. For styling, Blow dry takes 45 minutes and does not include curling or straightening, Natural Style starts at $100 and covers styles such as wash and go, silk press, twist out or braid out, and Blowout (Silk Press) with Cut takes two and a half hours for natural curls moving into straight styles. Natural Style does not include mini twists, braids, extensions or rod sets, so clients should name the desired style when booking.

The studio uses a waitlist for clients who need an earlier appointment when their selected dates are unavailable. A $20 fee applies to a Client Color Consultation or Haircut Consultation when the client arrives five or more minutes late and the consultation is cancelled.

The studio describes its experience as one-on-one, built around each client.
