The salon's mission centers on building community by embracing individuality, so that both stylists and guests feel free to express themselves. The salon describes itself as welcoming and as valuing creativity and acceptance.
The salon is a rental-style space. All stylists are independent or rental stylists who run their own businesses from the salon, so there are no universal business hours or service prices. Clients book directly with the individual stylist they want, rather than through a central contact form, and each stylist sets their own deposit and cancellation rules.
The space was designed by stylists for stylists, with generous storage and a break room.
Haircare sold through the salon includes Kevin.Murphy, Joico, STMNT, Olaplex and DevaCurl. Professional products purchased at the salon can be returned within 30 days if no more than 20% has been used.
Community-minded, with room for individuality and self-expression for both the stylists and their guests.
