The studio is owned by Stephanie Fox, who entered the hair business in 2009 after many years in real estate. Her work centers on wigs, toppers and hair pieces, and she works in the studio so that each client has her full attention during the visit.
Clients can book a wig selection appointment, a one hour meeting to choose wigs, which is listed at no charge. Custom toppers can be colored and cut to match a client's needs. The studio also offers Great Lengths tape-in extension appointments, with pricing quoted at consultation.
New clients can book a 45 minute consultation for $50, and that fee is waived if they buy a wig, topper or hair loss solution. Private appointments are priced at 30 minutes for $50, 45 minutes for $75, one hour for $100, 1.5 hours for $150 and two hours for $200, and longer appointments can be requested. Appointments that run over the booked time are charged $25 per 15 minutes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the appointment, same day cancellations are charged 75%, and a client who does not show must pay 90% of the missed service's price before rebooking. Cancellation fees are invoiced and must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
Operates as a private studio where each client has one on one attention, with the owner's stated belief that everyone should be able to afford to feel good.
