Each set is sized to the client's natural lashes, and the classic set is described as giving the look of full natural lashes.
Beyond extensions, the lounge offers a lash lift, which is a semi-permanent treatment that curls natural lashes and is described as lasting six to eight weeks, and extension removal. Brow lamination is a 15-minute service. Hair services include a blow out, a semi-permanent keratin treatment that smooths frizz and adds shine (lasting up to five months depending on the hair), a lower-priced keratin special, and balayage, which starts at $185 and takes at least two hours. Skin care includes a microdermabrasion facial and a Hydrafacial Signature.
Clients can book a free 30-minute consultation for any service. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with the studio closed on weekends. Cancelling or rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice; a shorter notice results in a charge of half the scheduled services. Late arrivals keep their scheduled end time and are charged for the full appointment.
Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200, or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Tina Hopkins owns the business and opened her own studio at the Folsom location.
