The esthetician looks at the skin as part of a wider system. Alongside skincare, the work considers underlying issues and what clients eat and drink, so that the plan covers more than products alone.

The studio's main offerings are the Diamond Glow Facial, which the business describes as its most popular service, and a set of acne treatments. The Diamond Glow Facial uses microdermabrasion to lift away dry, damaged surface cells, suction to clear the surface and pores, and serums chosen for the client. Acne treatments come in a 45-minute session and a 60-minute session, and the longer one adds extractions and more advanced techniques, with products selected for each client's skin.

For people new to the studio, there is a virtual option and a first-visit acne package. The 45-minute online Getting Started consultation covers skin concerns, tailored advice, and product recommendations, and ends with a homecare plan. The New Acne Client Consultation and Treatment is a 90-minute first visit that begins with a skin analysis and consultation, then moves through cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and a calming treatment.

Practical guidance is part of the service. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and to avoid harsh exfoliation or strong treatments for 24 to 48 hours before a facial. For most clients a facial every four to six weeks is recommended. Some temporary redness or mild sensitivity can follow a facial, and aftercare instructions are given.

Each treatment begins with a consultation and is customized to the client's needs that day. The skin is treated as an interconnected system, so the plan also considers underlying issues and diet alongside skincare.
