A hammam ritual runs through a set sequence: steam, black soap cleansing, exfoliation with a Kessa glove, a rinse, argan oil hydration and then a rest period. Each ritual ends with Moroccan tea in the lounge. The Royal Hammam Ritual adds a tbrima herb mask.

Facials follow a set order of cleansing, exfoliation, serums and masks, facial massage, and finishing with hydration and protection. Several facials add other techniques. Glow Up includes red light therapy and sculpting massage, and Luminous Lift adds red light, lifting techniques and lymphatic drainage. The spa also offers a glycolic or lactic Glow Peel and a salicylic Clarify Peel for congestion and breakout-prone skin.

The spa describes its pace as slower than many spas that rely on quick treatments, and says its rituals are meant to help the body settle and leave the skin feeling soft. Private experiences take place in a space reserved for one group at a time, which suits small gatherings.
