Custom and advanced facials and treatments are booked online through a GlossGenius page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the appointment cost, and the remaining balance is paid in cash or charged to the card on file. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment is cancelled and must be rebooked. Rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment applies the deposit to the next visit, otherwise it is forfeited. Cancellations should be reported at least 24 hours ahead, and same-day cancellations or no-call, no-shows carry a $50 fee. Repeated no-call, no-shows lead to a permanent booking block. Extra guests are not allowed in appointments.

Facials are not booked by clients who have had fillers or Botox in the last 14 days, who have used prescription Retin-A in the last 7 to 10 days, or who have used prescription Accutane in the last 6 to 9 months. Clients are asked to follow aftercare instructions and to share accurate medical information.

The product line is handmade with naturally derived and organic ingredients and includes cleansers, eye patches, masques, moisturizers, serums, and toners and mists. Gift certificates come in $25, $50 and $100 amounts, delivered printed or by email. Shipping is through USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and shipping outside the United States is not currently offered. Refunds and returns are not offered and all sales are final. Damaged packages should be reported by email with detailed photos and the order number. The pH Balancing Creme page notes it has not been evaluated by the FDA and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Payments are processed through Shopify Pay and PayPal, and Afterpay is also offered.
