Street parking has no time limit after 5 PM, and some parking garages nearby are open on weekends. The studio is open Monday through Wednesday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from noon to 8 PM, and Friday through Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM.

Color is the main focus. Single process color, for covering grey or moving a few shades lighter or darker, starts at $15 and takes about 5 minutes or more, with three options. Foil work ranges from partial foil, which adds brightness around the hairline and dimension through the top, to half head foil, which brightens throughout while keeping some natural color. The full foil package is $350 and takes about 255 minutes; it includes either a K18 treatment or a gloss.

Haircuts start at $20, and the studio offers two haircut options that include shampoo, a scalp massage and styling. A standalone shampoo and style is $50 and takes 45 minutes, and it is included with color and cut services. Gloss addresses unwanted tones and K18 addresses unwanted texture, each as a 15-minute add-on priced at $70.

Consultations are free, take 10 minutes or more, and can be held in person, by text or over FaceTime, whichever the client prefers. Clients booking extensive color services are asked to book a color consultation or reach out by Instagram direct message first.

The studio's portfolio shows pixie cuts, texture haircuts, dimensional foil, bronde and color correction. Reviews on the site praise the stylists' warmth and care, along with their color and cut results. Deposits apply to some services: $10 for shampoo and style and for gloss or K18 for new clients, and $50 for the full foil package for new clients. For single process, the deposit goes toward the service on the day. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment, and a discount is offered for cash payment.
